1Who you are contracting with
You are contracting with I-Sixty Group, trading as Promavue. In these terms, “we” means that company. “You” means the organisation that holds the Promavue account, and “organiser” means the same thing. The person who accepts these terms confirms that they may bind that organisation.

2What the service is
Software for running branded promotions: customer capture forms, instant prize wheels, paid and free raffles, and anonymous activity wheels. It also provides location links and QR codes, prize stock and draws, team access, and Excel reports. Participants use the pages you publish, and you manage everything from your workspace.
Personal information that participants give through your promotions is processed under our operator agreement, which forms part of these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your own account details.
3Your account
- You create an organisation through signup, confirm your email address, and become its owner. Organisers who can change anything must set up an authenticator app.
- You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and what happens under your account. Remove access promptly when someone leaves.
- The information you give us about your organisation must be accurate, and you must keep your contact email address working. That is where we send notices.
4Plans, activation and payment
- Signing up is free and creates a draft organisation. You can prepare campaigns, run private test previews and save templates. A draft cannot accept participants.
- Plans and their prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in South African rand and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
- To go live, request a plan in Plans & usage and choose a start date. A request is not a payment and does not activate anything. We invoice you, and you pay by EFT. Our team activates the plan after it confirms your payment and records the reference.
- There is no online card checkout, automatic debit or automatic renewal. Each period is arranged and paid for separately.
- A yearly plan is paid upfront and gives twelve consecutive monthly allowance periods. Allowances reset every month and unused allowance does not carry over. A top-up adds to the current month only.
- An Event pass covers 45 consecutive days from its start date. The Charity event pass has the same allowances and is available once the beneficiary charity is confirmed.
- To move to a smaller plan, your campaigns, locations, brands and team must first fit within its limits. We never delete anything to force a downgrade.
Refunds and cancellations: [to be supplied: refund and cancellation policy].
5Allowances
Each plan allows a number of active campaigns, campaign locations, team members, brands, participations and campaign emails per month. The pricing page explains what counts. In short: one completed entry, raffle order or saved activity spin is one participation, and one email to one recipient is one email.
- Plans & usage shows your usage and warns you at 80% and 95% of an allowance.
- When a participation allowance runs out, your public pages stop offering new entries. Entries and raffle orders already in progress can still finish.
- Account and security emails, such as setup links and password resets, do not count towards your email allowance.
- SMS is not currently available. If it becomes available, it will be priced by quote and paid for separately before use.
6When a paid period ends
Nothing is deleted when a paid period ends. New participant intake stops, and you keep read and export access to your results for 90 days. After that, we can give a named person in your team access to a specific unresolved record, such as an unclaimed prize, so it can be closed. Renewing your plan restores full access.
7Running lawful promotions
You run your promotions. We provide the software. That means you are responsible for making sure each promotion is lawful, including:
- Promotional competitions. Complying with section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and its regulations. These cover what you may charge to enter, what your rules must say, and how and when winners are chosen and announced.
- Raffles and lotteries. Getting any registration, permit or approval needed under the Lotteries Act 57 of 1997, including from the National Lotteries Commission, before you sell tickets. Whether a paid raffle needs one depends on who runs it, why, and for whom. Take advice if you are unsure.
- Your terms and privacy wording. Writing the competition terms, privacy notice and marketing-consent wording shown to participants, and making sure they are accurate for your promotion.
- Prizes. Supplying and handing over every prize you offer, and dealing with winners. Prize fulfilment is yours; we do not hold, buy or deliver prizes.
- Participants’ personal information. Collecting only what you need, having a lawful basis for it, and honouring marketing opt-outs, as the operator agreement sets out.
- Money you collect. Raffle payments are taken by your staff in cash or on your own card terminal, and confirmed in Promavue. We do not handle that money or take a share of it.
Do not use Promavue to:
- run a promotion, lottery or game that is unlawful where it is offered;
- mislead participants about prizes, chances of winning or how their details will be used;
- send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- collect a child's personal information without the consent of a competent person;
- upload content you do not have the right to use, such as another business's logo;
- try to get around allowances or security, reach another organisation's data, or put the service at risk.
We may pause a campaign or suspend an account that breaks this clause or puts participants or the service at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.
8What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee any number of participants, entries, sales, leads or any other outcome of a promotion.
- Prize wheels and digital draws select outcomes within the probabilities, stock and rules you set. We do not promise any participant a win, and the prize budget planner gives estimates, not commitments.
- When an email provider accepts a message, that does not prove it reached the recipient's inbox.
- Nothing in the service or on this site is legal advice, including advice on whether your promotion is lawful.
9Your content
You keep every right in the branding, wording and data you put into Promavue. You give us permission to store it, display it on your public promotion pages, and process it to run the service for you. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies in backups until they are replaced.
10Availability
We aim to keep Promavue available at all times, but these terms include no uptime guarantee. If you need a service level with remedies, ask us and agree it in writing.
11Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies to you.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit or business, for prizes or their fulfilment, or for a promotion being unlawful.
12Changes, notice and ending
We may change these terms. We will email organisation owners before a material change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
Notices to us go to support@isixty.co.za, answered [to be supplied: support hours]. Notices to you go to your organisation owner’s email address.
Either side may end this agreement by written notice. Clauses 6, 7, 9 and 11 and the operator agreement continue to apply to anything that remains on the platform after the agreement ends.
